It looks like Honda is extending its ‘difficult is worth doing’ philosophy to its dealer network. The firm has unveiled new showrooms which use around 30 per cent less energy than standard sites.

Instead of air-con, low level ventilation louvres and high chimneys draw air through the building, while rainwater is also recycled. The first showroom to get the eco makeover is in Romford, Essex.
